My mum was a resident in Movilla House for almost two years until her passing a few weeks ago. She was extremely happy in Movilla which she came to call her \home\. As a family we cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention given by all of the staff to our mum. Right to the very end of our mum's life she was well cared for in a warm clean caring environment. Heartfelt thanks to all at Movilla House. My mother in law was placed in Movilla nursing home for 10 weeks rehab on the 20th Nov 2017 after having a below knee amputation and a slight stroke. Unfortanately she became really ill quite quickly, and died a few days before Xmas. The nursing and in fact all staff including kitchen, cleaners, and divisional therapy staff in here are excellent. Nothing was to much bother for them. The care she recieved was second to none. The care assistants were brilliant and went over and beyond their job descriptions. They made my mother in laws lasts days comfortable and she died with dignity and respect. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone wanting a place that feels like home for their loved ones.
