This place is under development and pedestrian access is prohibited. A large amount of interest has been shown in these new homes and quite a few have been sold already. 32 homes should be completed by the end of the year and ready for occupation. The rest to be completed 2019 onward. There is much controversy over the site regarding drainage and flooding of nearby properties. A totally honest review should point out to potential buyers that the quality of the brickwork out of sight of purchasers is mixed. The foundations are not built to the standard of the other adjacent development and are not protected to the same standard. Persimmon make huge profits from people's needs for high quality housing stock. They have willingly built on a flood plain which will flood and as with the recent flood, will flood the cavities under the ground floor. Try solving that problem after you have moved in.
