10mins late for an appt to pick a pair of glasses,nobody else there it was as quiet as a cemetery on christmas day but the receptionist talked to me like a schoolteacher scolding a naughty schoolboy. Dont need that, Im going elsewhere.
After being referred by my doctor, I had a phone consultation and appointment same day! A very welcoming and friendly staff especially the optician, he couldn't do enough very thorough and explained everything in detail, nothing was too much trouble, a credit to the company.
