Our group has used Access Communications' Motorola radios for the past 10 years for excursions into high alpine terrain. The radios are always in brand new shape. Their team provides great tech support to answer any questions. They always provide a few extras for us (batteries, storage bins). And renting them is so easy and honestly a pleasure. Nothing but good things to say!

Despite my efforts to communicate them after their service to my radios, this communication! company has disabilities to communicate. Once they charge your credit card they don't know you. If you'd like to experience 1 star service feel free to communicate! them.

Our company rent a few times but i would advice to not do business with this cie..... First, there's no after-sales service (if you have a problem during the night or the week-end forget about the radios) Second, following the rental there's always an invoice saying that some equipment has been broken but we are really careful with product and return them same as when we picked up. Of course they offer a good rental price but they get the balance money with the final invoice so that makes the amount enormous... don't rent there!!!!
