My aunt lives at Mount Pleasant. The care and personal attention is of the highest standard and this has been maintained during these testing times of Covid-19. The management and staff deserve the highest praise for the way they have coped in the most difficult of circumstances. From the earliest outset - before the government got its act together - the care home made provision for adequate PPE and stringent infection control measures. Thanks to their timely intervention the care home has remained covid19 free and they are to be highly commended. This has been achieved, not by a throw of the dice, but by hard work, team work and professionalism. With thanks to the staff for keeping me informed and in touch with my aunty.
