I recently bought a used car for my wife from this dealership. After a week of ownership the vehicle started to have a rather annoying dashboard rattle one you couldn’t live with. Booked the vehicle in for investigation. Charlotte on the service desk was very helpful and efficient sorting out a date and a courtesy car. Ben came out on the test drive to hear the problem and passed on all the information to Scott who carried out the work of putting sound proofing in the dash. Pleased to say the problem seems to be fixed. Thank you to the three individuals who dealt with and solved the issue, They are a credit to your company. Regards Alan Ralph

The used car I purchased was in imaculate condition and I was offered a very fair and reasonable price for my car. Took all my details fully knowing the car I was asking about was had been sold, then lost interest in selling me a car for some reason even though I was super keen. Wont be wasting my time here again.
My wife bought the car she desired from the company. We were initially annoyed at the slow response after purchase and had some negative thoughts about their response. We later found this with due to the volume of sales after the lifting of the cronavirus restrictions. Cheers
