Having purchased an audi a6 sline last January on 2016 plate , took it out with 2 year warranty , took it for mot at scunthorpe branch and its failed on needing new headlight , been told its not covered under warranty and will cost me 2 grand too repair , no courtesy car offered and left with no vehicle over new year period , absolute disgraceful after service

That's the way i like to buy wobble around like I do and when I need help a salesman like Chris came and got the Keys for us to look into the car's so now we have a short list too chose from . But I bet the wife doesn't like the one I have chosen so up to her and it will be my fault if wrong.b

Excellent all round choice and service.. next car is definately coming from here. Never any pressure to purchase anything and always welcoming when phoning or calling in.
Must say and I’m not prone to exaggerating i must have experienced the worst sales person today. I went (not my choice) with my son who is looking to buy a golf to the motor depot in Scunthorpe, we browsed the car then were greeted by an old women passing off as a sales person as they were obviously under staffed. I have myself a sales team and the attitude of this women was to say the least odd. Without going into a personal attack i think its very important in any business to highlight the in efficiencies of any work force and attitude no matter if she is on the minimum wage or not. I asked for a discount which was not forth coming so we left with a little snide comment in our ear. Thanks for the experience.
