I purchased a new Infinity SUV over the weekend from Motor Werks Barrington. What a fantastic experience! Mark Smith was the most excellent sales provider you could ever ask for. He was completely up front and very thorough. He has followed up with me since the purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied with my Infinity. Everyone else was so kind and the showroom was beautiful! Thanks again! Highly recommend!

I just purchased a new luxury SUV from Motor Werks over the weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Frank who provided me with nothing short of a fantastic car buying experience. We all know that the typical car buying experience is usually not a good one. But this dealership has changed the game forever. They have their vehicles competitively priced with just one fair offer. So there is no hassle or haggling in long drawn out tense negotiations. You also work with only one representative, so there is no back and forth between you and the higher ups, which is typically a pushy sales manager trying to hard ball you. There was none of that. And last but not least they were fast, while they shoot for one hour or less, my deal did take a bit longer but most of that was on my part as I didn’t come prepared. I did have the pleasure of meeting Ali the sales manager because I had a few finance questions and he even helped me upgrade into a very valuable but affordable warranty plan for my new vehicle. I would highly recommend Frank and the team for anyone in market for a luxury vehicle. Thanks again Motor Werks!

The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was extremely professional and personable. I rated it a 3 because of how long the transaction took to complete. It was over a two-hour process to purchase a car. Just too long for all the paperwork to be completed.

Good, quick, honest service provided. I brought my car in for an oil change and requested an overall check be done as well. I got feedback on a few items that should be done soon too, and was not pushed to make those recommended fixes at all which was nice. Once again very happy with Motor Werks Infiniti and the service received. Thanks!
