I have been shopping here for 2 years now, and normally I didn't have the need to contact customer service. This time I had some questions concerning a product, and also wanted to return a product I ordered. So after several emails, and many phone calls with constant busy line, I gave one star because of the lack of any possible contact. But then I received a phone call, and found out that their answers on the email had gone into my spam folder, which I didn't check. So that was a bummer from my side. I am therefore correcting the stars back to 4 stars. I will give 5 stars if the customer service didn't hang up the phone as soon as they hear English language, even though you choose English in the menu, and if the orders could be received faster. But anyway it is a all-round good place to buy your parts, just remember to check the spam folder.
