I was using red line taxis three times a week over two years around Motherwell. After multiple occasions where taxi was late or once taxi driver was pretending he can't find me, when I was waving to him, I decided not use their service never again. And I can't not mention about the lady with sweet voice on customer call service...there was always some problem when she was sending taxi for me. By the way...I just can't bear her voice over the phone
Very good. I recommend
accustomed to taxi companies all over the UK. redline cabs is in my favorites. polite, punctual, welcoming, clean. Nothing more to say. good job.
After 30 min of my phonecall i phoned again to find out whats happening with my taxi. Cheeky lady said its busy and she is still organising taxi for me. diferent company taxi took me home within 5 mins. While we drove by redline office i noticed many taxis parked there Cheeky girls who answer phonecalls if u dont like your job. Change it. Not using this company again.
