My faith in good customer service has been restored today. 1st class service by Tom from start to finish. A minor repair, however Tom treated me like a valued customer , with quick response and very attentive to the problem I had. Its very reassuring to know companies like Atoz still understand customer values and provide a service that makes the customer return.

I handed my 80 year old Mantle clock in to Atoz as someone else had tried to fix it and it was longer going at all. Tom was very sure that it could be fixed, I wasn’t holding out too much hope! It is very difficult to find someone who can fix a clock of that age. After a few weeks I received my clock back yesterday and I am extremely happy to say that it is going perfectly and keeping time well. I received a detailed account of the repairs needed which I found good to know. Can’t thank him enough and will certainly recommend him to anyone that needs a repair done.
