I recently visited this lovely shop with my daughter after seeing a dress which I really liked on the website with a view to purchasing it for my only daughters wedding next July. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Tracy and once inside the shop we were amazed by the quality and quantity of stunning dresses. I tried on the dress I had seen but quickly became disappointed as whilst it looked stunning on the hanger I felt it was not for me. The dress I want for this occasion needed to have the wow factor and this was lacking for me. I was very disappointed and was on the verge of giving up and going home and returning another day. Tracey along with my daughter persuaded me to stay and look at other dresses and styles. Tracey was really amazing and very patient while I tried on several more dresses. Finally 2 hours later I had purchased a stunning dress which did have the wow factor and also the beautiful hat to compliment it. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracey that afternoon and I am so grateful that she didn’t give up on me and persuaded me to try on many different styles that I wouldn’t of thought of wearing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop and it’s fabulous dresses to any Mother of the Bride - You want something really special and unique and this is where you will find it. What a lovely experience I had yesterday looking for my mother of the bride Outfit for my daughters wedding . The ladies were so welcoming to us and made me feel relaxed right from the start , looking at the vast stock of beautiful outfits and trying on so many , especially nice with the glass of Prosecco . I walked away with a beautiful dress and hat, thank you so much for excellent customer service , I would recommend to any future mother looking for her outfit .
From the minute we walked through the door I was made to feel so special. I had been really worried that I wouldn't be able to find a beautiful plus size dress for my sons wedding as I had been to another shop and was presented with two old fashioned options, but I am so glad I went to MOTB. The choice was amazing, beautiful dress after beautiful dress. Every style and colour you can think of and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly and professional. The dress I chose was actually a style I would never had looked at if they hadn't suggested it but from the minute I put it on and we decided on the hat and bag I felt amazing. Thank you so much.
I visited the shop today with my daughter Shelle to find a 'Mother of the Bride' dress for me for her wedding in June. We had a lovely time, the shop is beautiful, the dresses amazing and the whole experience wonderful. I would like to thank the staff for their kindness, but especially thankyou to Val for her patience and kindness. I would definitely recommend the whole experience to anyone looking for a special dress. Davina x
