I was on my way to Halfords as I’d already googled what I needed and priced it up, had to drive past Motabits to get there so decided to have a look at them first and I’m so glad I did, I was treated with a friendly smile, didn’t have to struggle looking for what I needed the gentleman came outside looked at my car wipers knew exactly what size I needed and I mentioned one of my side lights were out, he fixed that and the wiper for me in 5 mins, I was going to Halfords with the intention of spending 35-40, and asking someone else to fit these for me so I didn’t have to pay the extra, I spent 16 in Motabits and he fitted them for me for nothing. So glad I decided to pop in there, I will never go anywhere else again for those little wear and tear needs.
I called mid afternoon for a battery replacement and they delivered it and fitted it and all sorted within an hour. 100% recommendable.

The best staff. My mums car broke down not far from motabits and the guys there were SO helpful at advising 2 women how to use jump leads and jumpstart a car. Couldn't thank them enough they saved us from missing out on a booked spa day! Thanks motabits!
