Our car had HUGE issues last year August and needed a large amount of work done. The Tidworth team were AMAZING! They really went above and beyond with everything they did. The honesty was also really appreciated and they communicated with us throughout the time they had our car. Highly recommend them. We will certainly be back to them again with any future issues.

Terrible customer service, very rude. I cannot believe they would get repeat business. I posted a review on his website and he called me to basically have a go and try to intimidate me to change it. I refuse to change it as I stand by my review. It’s one thing to try and work out issues with a customer it is entirely another thing to try and intimidate someone to change a review. I will never use them again please do not waste your time or money on this garage. They don’t keep you up to date and I felt like I was being bullied in all honesty. I do feel part of this is due to the fact I am a woman and he felt he could get away with it. HOWEVER he did do the job at hand of which I have no massive problems with other than ridiculous times and I did feel he just wanted my money. 6/10 on the job side 0/10 for customer service, for value for money and attitude.

Hi, everyone, the garage itself is very good at job. And the cost are very reasonable. However I had chat with one gentlemen about my car appointment time and He was absolutely unprofessional in my question. As a seller he needs to be more customers focused. I think more customers service training will help on his attitude.
