Moss seriously need to sort out their back office staff. I phoned last week (Christmas week) and was told they were taking telephone orders only for despatch the following Monday. I was told they were open as usual from Monday and I could drop by in person to purchase what I needed. Having arrived in person I was told I had to order by telephone first, which I was advised to do from my car. Having made the order I had to wait 30 minutes for the order to be picked before I was called on my phone to make payment. I was told I would be called when the order was ready for collection, I called them after a further 30 minutes. In all I had to wait an hour to buy 3 small items, this is a totally unacceptable level of customer service.

I have bought once and it will be the last. In addition to the endless wait, the order arrived incomplete, I paid customs but I had to pay customs again and for the second time the costs of managing it for receiving the order in two shipments. The pieces ok. If you buy outside of Uk I don't recommend it.

I have been a customer since the 'Spridgebits' days (don't ask!) and the service has always been good. My last serious project was in 2005 when I bought a lot of Midget stuff and last year I started again. The range of parts is always expanding and the quality is excellent. Lots of info available and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Customer support amazing. Chris really went out of his way to get me an exhaust delivered in a hurry. Unfortunately TNT failed to deliver everything. When I initially followed up though Moss it was Chris' colleague's comment that really made me smile. \Chris was gutted\!! Somebody who really cares! Fantastic. TNT quickly accepted responsibility, all good.
