One word: IMPRESSIVE. We got a menu through the letterbox last week, we decided to reluctantly try out this place as it offered vegan options and we thought yeah why not. I say reluctantly because we had recently had some other Indian food that was bland at best. We couldn't order online so decided to call and from then on the experience was above and beyond our expectations. The staff on the phone was mega friendly, very informative and even waited a little bit because I told them I was gonna pop out. We decided to order the lemon rice which I can honestly say is the BEST RICE I have ever tasted. The curry was aromatic and incredibly delicious, the daal was full of flavour, the veggies were fresh and the naan bread... omg the naan bread. I cannot recommend this place enough. Delicious food, vegan friendly! and super fast delivery too. Thank you for completing our evening! The only regret I have is having forgotten to order my lassi! But I will now look forward to ordering more times. To anyone reading this: this is THE place to go to.

Excellent customer service and a very impressive delivery service fast and accurate with my food order to my home address within 20mins of ordering! Food was of quality and very tasty, all dietary requirements were met, so one happy customer as this was my first time ordering from the Balti Room, it was a positive experience and will be definitely recommending. First time ordering at The Balti Room, I had to look at the reviews before ordering. Wasn’t to sure on what to get as it was my first time buying from this take-away. I decided to go with the Chef’s Special ‘Mutton Shatkora’ with ‘Citrus Fried Rice’ & My Wife had ‘Paneer Sagwala’ with ‘Coconut Rice’. I ordered for collection, this take-away wasn’t to far from my flat. We walked 10 minutes down Pershore Road & the food was ready in 20 minutes. We was kindly welcomed at the door and we laid relaxed on the Comfy Sofa that was there inside the shop whilst we wait for our Food. Amazing Customer Service!!! Food was Amazing!!! Big Portion Size!!! Me & My Wife were Satisfied!!! Recommended to everyone!!! 5* Rating!!

AmAzInG food, and the friendliest service. You could tell everything was fresh, and that the ingredients are quality. No compromises, lovely, honest and well priced food. It's also really nice to see a take out that cares about the environment, and not just making a profit at all costs. So glad we found our new weekly curry place!

Absolutely rubbish food. Curry oily and pieces of chicken only 4. Pricewise ok.
