Incredibly shocked by the behaviour of the company. Called out for a quote. Explained what problems we were having and before even seeing around the other side of the house or getting up on the roof to see what issues there were, he shook his head and said not for him and got in his van and drove away. Really terrible service. Would NOT recommend.

Rang this firm after a 'bang' and clatter revealed a part of our guttering had popped off the front of the house. They were there in 15 minutes to assess the job and quoted for a repair which was completed a few days later as promised (small job to fit around others). Workmen who came were polite and efficient. Asking them about other problems on the roof they pointed out a knock-on effect to venting affected by the guttering damage. They explained the potential problems of ingress and what would need to be done. Booked them in again for that repair. Local business and worth supporting.
