Beautiful patch of woodland. Mostly deciduous trees, with a good mix of species. Great place for walks and birdwatching.

Love it here! Always find a different route... A magical place.. JRR Tolkien fans should come see where he got his inspiration as a child... Peaceful and tranquil...friendly walkers and dog owners.. A little gem in the heart of Birmingham City..

It was really nice. Very different from other places I've been to. Fun to explore. Can take bikes or scooters. Parts of the path is like this entirely wood material. Might not be safe with bikes in the wet.

A great little place to visit with the family - especially during these lockdown times. Watch out for careless dog onwers not cleaing up after their dogs though!
