This place is very special and very authentic. We regret that we found it late. It's not in touristic area of Lisbon and that makes it even nicer. There is wide variety of grilled food specially sea food with surprisingly cheap prices. The wine jar was also super cheap. The staff can not speak english and they do not have english menu, but they tried to help us finding our dishes. The food specially the octopus and the baby squids were delicious and nicely grilled.

Good place to eat sea food, especially the grilled squid! Highly recommended! Nobody talks any english whatsoever, but as long as you show on the menu what you want, it's all good.
Great local restaurant which will provide you with fresh and unpretentious Portuguese food. I had grilled white fish with boiled potatoes, and a good chocolate mousse. Good prices, bad toilets. When we were there it was absolutely packed.
A typical neighborhood restaurant, that offers great grilled and other typical dishes, with a good selection of deserts. \Lulas à Lagareiro\, or \Polvo à Lagareiro\, highly recommended.
Tipical old portuguese restaurant. It is not fancy and that is the thing that makes it special
Very good food prepared by locals for locals. The service is very fast. The personnel is kind. No English speaking staff, as in the most Portuguese restaurants. They are renowned for the grilled meat. The smell outside was really thrilling. I have noticed a lot of deserts, much more than other similar restaurants. Even though it can be crowded at lunch time there many waiters and bartenders so the guests do not need to wait. Bon appetit!
Nice typical Portuguese restaurant
Crowded during lunchtime, filled with locals. Tried the grilled squid and the portions were very generous, not to mention tasty. Service was friendly even though they didn't speak much english
