My name is Bob...As a general rule, I am not fond of the car buying experience, however, my time at Lighthouse Buick GMC on 2/15 was actually very pleasant! Brian in sales and Jim in Finance made the whole process extremely easy. They were both, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, and genuinely kind and friendly! I will be looking for a second vehicle in 2022 and I honestly am looking forward to going back to Lighthouse! I have been using the Service Department for 4 years to fix my old \Clunkers\ and i was pleased with how Kelly took care of me! So, I thought I would check out the Sales Area, and Brian and Jim did not disappoint!

Best car buying experience ever! We saw a used vehicle they had and made our deal online and over the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jon. He was so nice and just seemed like such genuine person. He went over so many things with us about the car. He was so knowledgeable and even knew tow ratings for our used vehicle and was able to tell us what year they changed on our particular model. I have bought brand new cars before and asked about features just to have the salesperson tell me that I could find it in the manual.Jon went through programming OnStar and linked our phones for us as well as putting on our new plates in the windy cold weather. He stressed how important it is to them at Lighthouse Buick GMC to make us feel great about our choice in choosing them. They are proud to have repeat customers and generations of families who purchase their vehicles from them. At no time did we ever feel pressured, even when we dealt with Matt to go over warranty options. He also was so easy to be around. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. He even recommended a great place to eat since we were starving by the time we were heading out.We have told so many people about what a nice experience we had there.Having that no pressure sales approach and genuinely friendly people is what will bring us back here again.

Highly recommend Lighthouse in Morton! We were truly blown away by the service we received at Lighthouse in Morton. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and taken care of. Very clean and inviting environment. Outstanding customer service all around! We worked with Keith Edelman on our purchase. He was by far the BEST experience we've ever had. Keith truly listened and cared about our car needs. He took the time to show my husband and I every aspect of our new SUV and then some. Lighthouse doesn't compare to the rest of them and truly stands out as being the best. We look forward to returning and working with some great people!

I would like to personally thank Lighthouse Buick-GMC and Matt Grimm for the excellent buying experience I had. This was my second new truck I have purchased at Lighthouse. Having bought several new vehicles at other local dealerships, this was by far the most exceptional buying experience that I have had. I located my truck online in Ohio and Lighthouse and Matt took over from there. They picked my truck up and got it back to Lighthouse unscathed. It was a week before I could pick up my truck (my doing) and Matt stayed in touch with me daily. While waiting to pick my truck up, I had several accessories added which they completed excellently!
