Mark has done a fantastic job of securing us a mortgage under really tight timescales and challenging circumstances. Mark was prompt and quick to respond throughout the process, and made sure we were really clear on all our options. Where there was a possibility there could be better mortgages available elsewhere, Mark had no hesitation putting us in contact with the right people to discuss. We used Mortgages Plain and Simple to buy a new build with Help To Buy as first time buyers and they definitely live up to their name!
