Mark Finch was extremely helpful and supportive whilst going through the process of getting a mortgage. Mark didn't question to call us to explain something or to reassure any worries. I would definitely recommend his services if you're looking to get a mortgage but aren't sure how to go about it!

Our mortgage application journey was a very lengthy experience. Mortgage pathways were professional throughout. In particular Linda was an absolute star. She kept us updated and was prompt to respond to any queries we had. She made the process more bearable. There was a communication issue between our developer, our broker and ourselves which is the reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5. Otherwise a positive experience, we got our mortgage offer and subsequently our new house, so obviously we were happy!
