Very pleased with my new Cadillac XT6 2021 purchase! Beautiful car, ride and space. I could not think of anything left out. Awesome and very efficient service in the delivery of my car! All I can do is smile, every time I walk up to get in!

My recent experience with Heritage was a very pleasant one. My car was disabled and had to be towed, it was a Sunday evening. Heritage was the closest Cadillac dealer. On Monday morning, I received a courtesy call from Mr. Higgins confirming my car was there and that I’d be contacted once a diagnostic test was performed. In a few hours I received that call with full details of my car’s results and the costs involved to repair it. I approved the service to be performed. I received a follow up call with the time my car would be available for pick-up. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and escorted to the cashier’s office. The entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Everyone I encountered was professional and helpful. Mr. Higgins even had a good sense of humor. I’d definitely return in the future to have my car serviced by this location.

Heritage Cadillac's service department is one of the best in the metro Atlanta area. They do excellent repair work and they make every effort to keep costs down. I recommend them highly.
