EDIT Mediterranean Grill has been part of my weekly family dinner rotation for several months now, and I can't imagine going a full week without one of their gyros! More than happy to give you guys 5 stars! If I had the choice, I'd give you 6! I've gotten \Mediterranean\ as far east as the Meadowlands, and as far west as Wilkes-Barre/Scranton... These folks know what they're doing. When you get the craving for some genuine Greek eats... look no further than Mediterranean Grill!

The owner and his server are nasty pieces of work. I was eating there on a consistent basis The food is good just not consistently good. If you order the EXACT same dish 3 weeks in a row, you will get it 3 different ways. When I provided feedback the owner would offer a free soda or 20% discount. Two weeks ago I ordered my go to burger (Chatham), it was absolutely raw. When I called to complain the entire situation went sideways. The OWNER told me multiple times never to come back, mentioned several times I should be in Graystone. I called that phone all night demanding a refund for the ONE burger and the owner called the police to the store. I don't intimidate easily. 3 days later her called and told me to come for my refund, he refused to return it to my card. This all started because he left the onion rings off of my sister's order and he thought I was trying to get free food. He had the wrong sister and refused to regroup and professionally take care of situation. From the postings here, I now realize that when I placed my order, I was placed on hold so long I would hang up and call back -- now I recognize it was punishment. Only God knows what they did to my burgers in addition to serving it raw. If you go be sure not to make them mad and whatever you do, don't provide feedback.

We ordered on Christmas Day as our plans changed and the staff was very warm and friendly especially on a holiday - it made our whole night! The baked ziti, chicken parm, and salad were all fresh and DELICIOUS! They added a half tray of amazing garlic bread for free and it was absolutely incredible! We cannot wait to continue coming back!
Gyro salad was huge and delicious. Gyros were good (chicken and lamb), though a little greasy. Very polite and friendly service. We ate on a Saturday at noon and it was empty. Several more patrons arrived as we ate. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch!
