Unhelpful Staff and not friendly. My wife was in the shop , shopping for food and bought cigs , they gave her the wrong one . She had to wait 20 minutes as the staff kept bringing diffrent supervisors just to refund the payment! Which ended up in her account after 2 weeks! Who's fault is that ? Worth mentioning, about 5 weeks ago my wife complianted to me of (the security guard ) was angry staring at people and intimidating. As he seemed looking for a fight with sharp and unfriendly looks toward her and toward other people too . She felt anxious just from the unfriendly and unprofessional security behaviour , she looked away as she felt threatenedand tried to ignore him to prevent escalation . He was stood outside the shop by the main entrance. In his 50's or 60's with a moustache. Morrison's need to train the staff probably and teach them to be friendly and professional. No need for Anger and poor practice toward your coustomers! Specially during the Covid situation.

My son loved it
This 'super' market is absolutely awful. No stock and always understaffed. But as there is no competition in Malton Morrisons believe we can be treated poorly. Anyone with experience of supermarkets (including other Morrisons) in York or Scarborough will realise very fast just how poor this place is
