Hygiene/food safety complaint - no response. I raised a hygiene/food safety matter (defrosted and leaking food, soiled freezer) in the shop on 14th Nov, 18th Nov and 24th Nov. On each occasion, staff said that they'd pass it up the line/to manager . Nothing changed so I made a formal complaint to customer services on 15th Dec. To this, I have only received a standard acknowledgement which promised follow-up and a response - but none received. Despite numerous reminders over the months, including escalation through Martin Lewis' \Resolver\, I have still not received any further response at all. They are treating genuine heath and safety concerns with contempt. I attach a photo of what the freezer looked like on 14th Nov and it was still like that on 21st Dec. That's about six weeks. I really don't think it's good enough. It's very poor that a major supermarket does not take matters like this seriously. I initially raised it out of public health/hygiene/caring regular shopper concern, but their total lack of interest is very worrying. Even a few shallow platitudes like \we take this seriously and have investigated it\ would have been a start. I note that they do not respond to feedback on here so am simply recording the problem and warning others. If anyone from Morrison's could be bothered to investigate this, or take any interest whatever, I can provide further details on request.

Terrible. Only 3 checkouts open. Loads of people. Staff really down in the dumps due to having there hours cut. The managers should be bloody ashamed of themselves. The staff have had all sorts to put up with. And bent over backwards to help the company the first lockdown. It's a disgrace. I have spoken to lots of other customers and they feel the same
Lots of choice, can get really busy. Cafe staff great and food really good but very popular so not always seats available especially when \kids can eat free\ nights.
Staff are very helpful. Not able to check out restaurant due to lockdown
No one way system inside but everyone taking steps to ensure personal space protected. Still well stocked in respect of any items purchased.
