Easy free 2 hour parking. Clean and tidy store and as Covid safe as any other big brand supermarket! Staff were helpful and attentive. First time in this store for about a year and would happily go back.

For those who don't live in the UK, Morrrisons is a big chain of supermarkets where they a cafeteria at the bigger branches. I visited the cafe at Morrisons in Sutton after lockdown when a limited menu was offered. The cafe was not in its usual glory but we stopped by for some tea. It was definitely a good experience because I love tea and it is always better dining out. Overall, everything was satisfactory.
We’ve been going to the store for many years and we like the staff very much. However the management are not doing their best for the customers at the moment in enforcing social distancing rules. It was quite scary this morning. Please sort this and also reintroduce your social distancing queue, which worked so well last year. Then I’ll come back and give you the 5 stars I’d normally give!
Half the staff are amazing. Some of them are rude though and it’s always under staffed. Never enough staff on the tills and rarely anybody on the customer service desk. I went in today to report 7 of their trolleys in another corner of the town and couldn’t find anyone to report it to. I approached a member of staff and she barked at me “WHATS YOUR PROBLEM?!”
I went to Morrison's Cafe on Sunday ordered a ultimate breakfast looked good only thing was hash browns where cold rest was good
