Clean and tidy. Hard to social distance in a supermarket. Speedy service at tills. Very helpful staff

Nice clean store, parking limited. Food is fresh, I recommend the baked cookies in store and the hock ham and egg sandwich. Keep up the good work Abergavennyens.

Best one! So clean and quirky. Lots of lunchtime options with wide range of choice of fresh made sandwiches. We always travel here.

Usually great, my favourite in the area. NOT any more! Especially not for fruit and veg. Few times now found fruit and veg department in absolute state. Though, everyone has a bad day. No longer think so. Visited the shop on Friday afternoon and obviously who ever was in charge of department doesn't have a clue of what fresh veg looks or feels like. Rotten tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers! Two boxes of broccoli, from far looked lovely and fresh, up close- every single head of broccoli started yellowing and had specks of mould. Broccoli in discounted bit looked fresher! Grapes - mouldy in the packaging. Will not be going for fruit or veg here.

The new large Morrisons in Abergavenny has now been open for a while and all the hype finished. It is a well lit large airy store but not so big that you feel lost. The shelves remain well stocked which is a major improvement on the situation in its poor relation in Brecon. Yes it is bigger and stocks more lines and time will tell if this continues. The staff are very pleasant and the trolley man outside offered to help me with a very full load. All in all a good experience.
