It was absolutely freezing inside, felt like we were shopping inside a freezer. Couldn't wait to get out, maybe that's the idea !! Customer service poor, I picked up a make up pallet that said it was 3 on the ticket but when I got it to the till it was scanning at 8. The assistant checked it for me and the wrong ticket had been put in front of them but he wouldn't honor the price he also didn't bring me the product that was 3 so I didn't know what the difference was. Felt annoyed and cold as I left the store. On the plus side monkey shoulder whiskey was on offer so I could warm up when I got home lol

Nice store plenty of parking and the cafe was clean well laid out and the staff was friendly and helpful has a pharmacy and key cutting facilities and a on site petrol station overall from my experience very good
Nice store. Convenient for town centre too
Visited the Thompson. The dude gave a 5 star CS like its common. Totally recommend.
