Friendly, helpful staff. Felt covid-19 Safe. Enjoyed the meal. Found everything we wanted in the store. Unfortunately the electronic scooter we borrowed run out of charge but we're quick to help. Clean store. Well stocked shelves. Only store to have Chop Sauce which my husband lives.
I use Morrison's all the time and all the staff are very helpful and pleasant

Booked a delivery slot for a Wednesday night at 10pm. Stayed up until 1am, no calls, texts or emails. Tried in vain to contact Customer Service through phone and social media. The next day, someone took my details on social media and it took them EIGHT DAYS to get back to me. Finally got through on the phone at 6pm, 20 hours after my shopping should have arrived. Operator was rude and abrasive. Called the store for me and advised that I could have my delivery at 10pm on SUNDAY. Cancelled the delivery and it then took a full week for the money to be paid back into my account. Shocking service, no apology or anything. The store and click and collect are not much better from experience. Avoid.
