Shopping in Morriston past 2 decades over, the management needs more updates and do understand the covid-19 at the moment. The last 2 Shopping experience, the waiting time getting longer and the staff need more training and make customers welcome.

08.45 on a Monday morning, only one manned checkout open. 3 supervisors standing chatting and warltching the que build up. Eventually another checkout opened but those queing for the already open checkout were not informed that another one would be opening, the consequence of this was that people who had been queing were left in a long que whilst people who had not been queing could go straight to the newly opened checkout. When one person behind us in the que complained to the supervisor she just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. No organisation, no customer service. Will not shop at Morriston again.
I always find the stock is hard to find, it was fairly busy, nobody was social distancing, there are hand sanitisers
Love morrissons it's my local big shop. Only issue is when I take the blind gentleman I care for in there I have to be really careful as there's usually empty stock boxes on the floor x
