I love this little Morrison’s. It’s like they have managed to get twice as much stock in half the space and it’s always quiet. Staff have always been polite and it’s always easy to park across the road.

We shop weekly at this store and until recently have found the prices, customer service and safety to be of high quality. However, there have been issues on the last two occasions that I think you should address. We shopped in the afternoon of October 29th and found that far too many people were in the shop, with apparently no attempt to manage entry. To make matters worse, only one checkout was open other than the self-service area. After this experience I decided that an evening shop would be best. Consequently I visited the store last night around 8 pm, a practice that I followed during the last lockdown. Once again I was concerned about my experience. A group of lads, including Morrisons staff, mingled throughout the store during my shop. These lads seemed to have come in for a few items of shopping but were there for most of the time it took me to fill my trolley. Most worrying of all, there was no social distancing at the checkout. A lady carrying a basket of wine bottles queued within half a metre of me and was not even wearing her mask. The lady in question is a member of staff at the store. What confidence can I have to continue to shop in your store if you fail to take social-distancing seriously and instill this into all of your staff?

Good offers in this store. Polite staff, and social distances was adhered to. Pleased with my visit today.
