One of the best stores on the island, always helpful and friendly..... I must compliment Shaun a young man who does a multitude of jobs it seems... always cheerful and has a huge smile.... has helped me numerous times to my car and lifted my shopping into my car.... yesterday went further still.... I saw he was on a till and said “oh dear no bag lift today...“ he promptly got permission from the leader to help even closing his till to make sure i was safely in my car..... Great job Morrison’s..... magnificent work Shaun....
Newport Morrisons has the best range of gluten and dairy-free products I have yet come across and it has become my go-to food shop for that reason. Prices are very good, parking not bad and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended even if you dont have food allergies!
Large store with car park adjacent that is free for 3hrs, with a lovely cafe within the store which is what I am basing my review on. I had the fish & chips with garden peas with a mocha, the meal was cooked to perfection but because I had to wait for it to be cooked, I was offered a free drink by a really nice member of staff who also served me, outstanding value and I can't wait to return.
I wouldn't normally comment, but the young butcher here (I forget his name) is amazing, the customer service he provides is second to none, I'm going to shop here more just because of the way he treats everyone
