My weekly go-to supermarket that I shouldn't, but do, take for granted. What excellent staff, noticed today some going out of their way in making conversation with elderly customers to check how they are. Shows that humanity is alive and well and top marks to the management for (assumingly) promoting this rather than ticking the staff efficiency and effectiveness boxes. Great to see. Well done and keep it up. Quick shout out to the security officer as well, always gives a friendly greeting when entering the store.

Very helpful staff. I asked one about a meal deal and the other where something was. Both cheerfully helped me.
The cafe staff are quite shocking. Very poor service, unhelpful and rude, one of the girls behind the counter was Sat up on a food preparation area, and the girl behind the till had so much make up on she looked as if she had been attacked in the Crayola factory, pity really as Morrisons cafes are usually pretty decent. On a plus note the girl on customer service who I'd complained to was extremely helpful and very understanding and took me serious
