Very poor service from starting in June 2019. Quick to take your money the products were not fit for purpose after sales support by the branch manager is appalling. Waiting for a refund for a month with all excuses. Now on the third attempt from their card machine. The branch manager recommended a fitter, his workmanship is dreadful and I have had to refit pretty much everything.I would avoid this place. I feel I have wasted over 5000

Good choice of bathroom items, units,sinks,taps, mirrors etc. Staff are really helpful and prices are good. Only open three times a week at the moment so can get quite busy but worth the wait.
I purchased a bathroom cabinet, sink, tap and shelf in late 2018. In March 2019 the bathroom cabinet had already blown at the back, Morris and Turner offered to replace the cabinet, however I had to refit the cabinet at my own expense, hoping that this individual cabinet was faulty, and that my replacement would be fit for purpose. Within six months, the replacement cabinet cracked at the front, once more Morris and Turner offered to replace the cabinet, but could not issue a refund, despite the fact that this cabinet is clearly not fit for purpose. I did not want to fit a cabinet at our own expense once more, only to have issues with it again in six months time, so raised a Section 75 dispute via my credit card company. Morris and Turner were unable to comply with my Section 75 request as they were unable to find the individual price for the cabinet, and could only find the price I paid for my entire order, containing a sink, tap, shelf and the cabinet. I subsequently filled the crack, and have very carefully managed the cabinet, however unsurprisingly it has now blown at the back like the first cabinet, and elsewhere on the front. I purchased this cabinet from Morris and Turner because I bought a bathroom from them in 2003, and had no issue with it at all. Sadly it seems that Morris and Turner are just not the company that they used to be, and are simply unable to produce the quality that made me shop with them again. Morris and Turner have lost a customer in me, and I’m sure I will not be the only one looking elsewhere for products that are simply fit for purpose.
Have bought fireplace and mantlepiece in the past. This time there to start getting a plan together for a bathroom. Great, friendly and honest advice. I shall return with an order.
They need to work on their communication but otherwise pretty good.
