The food is good. I've had good experiences and bad experiences. But at the end of the day it's alright.

Always order here for work. Food is subpar at best. Over cooked time to time. Fries are disgusting, overcooked and plain... luckily the gravy makes it bearable... When they remember the gravy. Lettuce on burgers usually a nice gross rusty green. If you're planning on ordering for 5 or more people CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. I don't have a book big enough to write everything they'll forget on big orders. Usually sides, hot sauces, coleslaw, and the odd time a full meal. Portion size are alright. Not sure about service because we usually take out.
The food is hit or miss, it's never the same twice. The staff are not overly friendly, but not mean either, I would say they are indifferent. Its not bad, but it isn't totally awesome either.
The service is usually really good here. It can get uncomfortably hot in the restaurant in the summer.
I always enjoy the wonderful Sunday lunch buffet, and the service is wonderful as well.
