Got my iPhone battery “fixed” by this store. In under one week the battery swelled and broke my lcd screen, stay clear, they use low quality parts and will lie to you that they're original. Even worse is they offer no warranty and always come up with random excuses and blame it on the customer.

BEWARE! Took laptop and told me they would do a diagnostic for 30GBP and get back to consult for further repairs. They went ahead anyway before answering any of my questions about what was needed and replaced a faulty mic without my permission wanting to charge 95GBP. Worse still, the initial problem was still an issue and they started screaming and swearing at me in the shop telling me to f..k off and worse and that I was the one causing problems. I asked for a refund which they refused. My experience corresponds exactly with another review on the same page so this may be a pattern. Now, I have got home and see that someone is logging into my apple account in London right now. Bandits! BEWARE. If there is any illegal activity on my account I will go immediately to the police.
