I have had some amazing food from this restaurant both eat in and takeaway so with that in mind I have added a couple of stars. However, my most recent takeaway chicken teriyaki left a lot to be desired. The rice had a mushy/starchy texture and there were only a few pieces of poorly cooked chicken thrown sloppy on top with very little sauce. Not sure if there has been a change of ownership but the quality has definitely gone down hill.

Looks like cat food, went right in the bin. Chef must have cleared the scraps off his cutting board. Food in the restaurant is ok, take away is garbage- literally.

If there were 10 stars I would give it. Incredible food and customer service. Amazing food and the sashimi is the freshest and best I have had. Thank you

A great Japanese restaurant in the heart of Victoria. You might be fooled by its small size, but Morinoya offers really good Japanese food at reasonable prices. Make a reservation because the place can quickly and suddenly become packed. I suggest you try their lunchtime bentos if you work in the area, they offer great food at a super good price. Will be a regular here!

Incredible experience, one of the best hidden sushi spots in London. Unassuming hole in the wall delivering a service that really is exceptional. Would recommend the on the beach sushi set. Absolutely phenomenal. Cannot recommend Morinoya enough worth a detour when visiting London.
