I paid my half-fare subscription here once and the employee who served me forgot to completely process my transaction and give me a receipt (he just gave me the receipt from the debit card reader). So basically I paid but without being registered in the system as having paid so a few weeks later I get mail that I did not pay and reminder fees. I go to them one morning with my debit card receipt and the man who handled my request or complaint was very cooperative and respectful. It is really thanks to his professional and understanding attitude that I decided to give 5 stars instead of 1.
