Drove 30 miles to get here so that we could purchase America The Beautiful passes. The rangers were at the building at 2 o'clock, but no administrative staff. The front door was locked, and the 2 rangers out in the back of the building would not tell us when the admin staff would be back. They both just shrugged their shoulders and walked away.

The hours are not accurate, this office is closed to the public and only open for deliveries. No services to the public are available. Rude customer service via the phone.

I hope these angers\ can sleep at night knowing that their department just sold off hundreds of wild horses to a mexican slaughter house for profit. I sincerely hope that your department makes amends for what you've done, but unfortunately nothing will ever bring these beautiful creatures back. Shame on all of you!!
