Therefore, I have had two different situations from this establishment in just within a month. Two orders were processed in the store, with bank cards. Once, you pay the payment. You are told You will get a email for confirmation order. No email! Once you physical go to the store, to discuss the situation. An individual will tell you with no email, there is nothing they can do! Your policy and service is highly unprofessional and non acceptance! Customer service is respectful, but terms are unacceptable. Send out real & confirmation emails! Highly displeased with the store and establishment. Something seems off!

Had to pay 75 cents to exchange a tent I bought in a Virginia location 5 days ago. They also would not replace the water proofing I purchased and applied to it. Staff is not friendly (teenagers) . Who can't be bothered. Why is the girl who works there boyfriend telling me how stuff goes down? I spend alot of money on gear . Dick's just lost a good costumer unless they make it right.

I absolutely HATE their line idea. I had ONE item and the lady directed me to walk around and wait begging 3 other people that had shopping carts full of items and weren't even in line to check out yet!! The first person in line was about 8 feet from the register, still looking at the line items.. (and of course only one person checking people out). On another note, everything is over priced.
