Just watched as one of the staff members her blatantly ignore the social distancing guidelines in ace for Everyone. All because she was too lazy to walk an extra 5 metres this employee was clearly on her break visiting the Iceland store in the arndale and rather than walking to the Door she just barges her way through the queue of people which I was apart of the lady at the till informed the staff member and your employee didn't even apologise for it absolutely ridiculous
Always helpful.
We know times are hard for everyone but rude staff is not a good way to run customer relationships I've told my wife to close her account with Halifax morecambe
Staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Can't praise them highly enough.
Nice to have a proper branch.
