Had an amazing experience here, from start to finish “George” helped me Get into a courtesy car straight away,then upon collection I was talking about another fancy car that I would have loved to hire, which he said he could try and arranged and deliver for me to swap.. George kept to his word and got me into the car I wanted after sourcing it from another branch and had it delivered... George is an absolute asset to your company and due to this amazing service I received I’ll be recommending to family and will happily use again... Overall great company, brilliant maintain cars and amazing customer service

The strangest car hire company of them all nothing is what it seems pick car up and they try and sell you all the add-ons

They stick you on the insurance. You're basically boxed into a corner to buy additional insurance on a daily rate to cover the excess. It's set so high to deliberately get the extra revenue. Clearly the sales people are targeted to talk up the insurance rate as this is pure profit and they earn bonus. The staff are friendly though, the vehicles of good quality but beware the hidden costs.

Well priced rentals, but be wary of the extras. In particular the heavy cost penalties if you don't take their CDW at 25 per day.

Ordered a VW caddy or small van for today. Got a call to say van will be ready in morning as was coming up from down south. Got there this morning to find out the can was double the size. Then after being told it would be 400 for week and get 200 back as deposit I was happy. When I was asked online to get this insurance for 25 a day I said no as i would pay the excess if was a accident. This morning the two young lads manager and lad on front desk basically told me I would have to pay a extra 25 a day insurance when I said no they said 20 a day. I said I don't want it then they said they can't let it go without it!!! I will be contacting head quarters tomorrow as this bullying tactic in purchasing something they advertise you don't have to to be told you have by young lads that obviously are more concerned on there commission on the insurance than providing a van. So obviously I left empty gsnded.service was diabolical. Day before my mate got the insurance for 6 same vsn!!! Never coming back. Be careful of this store you DO NOT GAVE TO HAVE THE INSURANCE THEY ARE PUSHING!!!!
