Received a hamper as a gift from here, all the chocolate had gone white/looked spoilt. The other snacks were quite average. UPDATE: I emailed them about this and they did send us another hamper to make it up to us. At least they have good service.

Fantastic experience with First Class Hampers for our client's Christmas hampers last year. I was referred by a friend and will be using them again this year. Easy to order for multiple clients and every single client rang or sent through photos saying how pleased they were and how amazing the hampers looked. Was easy to add on extra clients that I'd forgot, all were delivered promptly, and I also received an upgrade when one style of hamper sold out. Much easier than doing it ourselves as we had done in the past... Andrew was great to deal with, communication was excellent, super happy with the product and how easy the process was.

We purchased Christmas hampers for our customers last year. Hampers were very well priced, filed wish quality product and presented beautifully. We were even able to have custom gift cards with our company logo at no extra cost- our customers were delighted. The whole ordering process was seamless and Andrew who I dealt with was fantastic - very helpful and followed up to make sure everything was to our liking - amazing customer service which you don't find often anymore. The whole service from start to finish was fantastic. Especially during such a busy period in most companies. The customer service team made it very simple and even contacted me directly to follow up regarding a missed delivery. Each of our clients loved the hampers! We are a marketing company and ordered our clients hampers for Christmas. The last minute service we received was second to none! Andrew was super efficient and easy to communicate with. I love this hamper service! The presentation is very impressive and the ordering system is easy and efficient. I did have one issue with a delivery address but their customer service were on the phone straight away to solve and arrange redelivery. Have sent these hampers from our business for a couple of years now and will keep doing so. I'm a very happy customer!
The team and our clients absolutely loved their hampers and they were all delivered within a few days of ordering - it couldn't have gone smoother! Not to mention, it was so easy to order (bulk and separately online), lots of selection, excellent value for money and the customer experience/service was fantastic.
