We used this company to fit a tow bar to our T5 Volkswagen Van. The hubristic fitter enthusiastically assured us that he knew what he was doing. From the beginning he made a fundamental error of not checking the wiring on the existing rear view camera before removing the rear bumper and tore the wires out of the back of the camera thus rendering it useless. The camera always had to be relocated but now we have the added expense of buying a new camera unit. The cut out in the bumper bar was crude and jagged. The wiring for the reversing sensors was not secured and both the rear mudguards did not have the screws replaced and were left hanging loose. A very rough and haphazard job. Would not recommend.
These guys did a great job on the install. Very quick and much cheaper than what Holden wanted. Definitely save yourself the hassle using someone else and book in with Bayside Towbars..
Happy with my new towbar fitted, these guys were really close by and did a terrific job!
