We used SCI 20 years ago and it's testament to the service they provide that they are still going strong now. We needed the whole house to have replacement windows and doors and remembering the great service we received 20 years ago called SCI in the hope they would come out to us since we moved to West Sussex from Surrey. Neal came out for a quote and there was no 'sell' like what we had from Zenith 20 years ago (4 hour sales pitch). Quote arrived a few days later and without hesitation we accepted and Neal came back out to measure up. SCI kept us informed along the way and the day arrived for install. The 2 guys arrived on day 1 where absolutely amazing (Tony & Dean) and explained everything. They sheeted up and made us aware of everything that was being done. The care to our property was their priority and they upmost professionals. They had a few issues beyond their control but made every effort to correct this keeping us informed along the way. Day 1 was cut short as more materials were needed but on day 2, they came in force with a couple of extra guys that fitted the back and front door leaving Tony and Dean to concentrate on the windows. Again, the extra guys where so lovely, even correcting a loose blind - way above levels of customer service. Day 3 (today), Tony & Dean finished the bi-fold doors and front window, along the way they have explained everything, made sure our home was kept tidy and clean and just been all round nice people. Tony is an absolute professional and has genuine pride in his work and Dean is a diamond. I cannot recommend SCI highly enough to anyone that is looking to replace doors or windows. Neal, your team is awesome and we thank you for just the best service and customer experience - massive thumbs up to SCI!

Fantastic company, had a composite front door and side window fitted by them. Competitive price, no crafty or pushy sale tactics, whole process was easy from start to finish and the new door looks and functions great! Have happily recommended SCI to friends, family and would recommend to others. Will use again in the future for any window and door needs.
For over a decade I’ve used SCI - both at work and at home. The after sales service is just stunningly brilliant. They also quote without all the silly games and really understand what you need before just fitting what they think you want. They made some excellent recommendations 10 years ago on my house - and still the windows are perfect. We’ve had a couple of return trips for support where we went against their advice and got uPVC bi-folds... they were right, we should have spent more on decent ones! A brilliant local company.
Over the moon with my new windows and front door! Installed into my terraced house, they suit the building perfectly and we no longer have a draft! The team were prompt, efficient and friendly, thank you to everyone at SCI!
I feel it was a SCAM !! I asked for the same windows design I had but just changing the material and then, in the quotation looked like there was a handle only but I was not sure as it was not clear for me and in their written reply they did not warn me that they decided to change my design without my request. When they visited my place twice we talked about the 2 sides of the window opening. So I trusted them and I thought then that I had misunderstood the desing. When they installed my window they fixed one side and just one side is openable now! When before 2 sides opened and I sent them the photo when ask for the quote and they also saw this when they came. In a logical good-intentions action, they should have ask me if I wanted to chage that of my window. And now they do not give solutions and it is very difficult to get replies. Why sb would change such an important feature from your current window without your request or without warning you? Its obious for me: to save him . Moreover, in their invoice they say you have to pay in cash unless you arrange otherwise with them.
