I have been a Premier Customer for more than 15 years. The service that the new RM called Anuradha gives is so abysmal, I might as well be a normal customer. Possibly one of the laziest RMs I have ever dealt with who keeps passing the ball around and never wants to do any work himself. My previous RM always went above and beyond but Anuradha keeps telling me to contact the call center to get things done (things that my previous RM took care of; this makes me wonder, why even have an RM in the first place if I have to do the RMs work myself?)
Terrible service , tried all avenues to speak to an agent but failed. 4 wasted telephone calls. Supposed to be an International Bank. Thoroughly disappointed and decided to invest in a different bank cancelling my account here.

Quality and great consumer banking organisation. Parking is available and you can deposit money or pay your credit card bill though the banking hours are over via collecting machine which placed in the bank. If you need more assistance you can request from the security people in there.
