Poor customer service from the sales person. I bought a hair trimmer from them on the very next day it didn't work and when I tried to return they didn't have stocks with them. When I asked for the refund then they became rude and tried to sell one with high price as a option. But finally I got my money after arguing with them .. will never visit this place again.

When you search Duty Free Electronics, you will get a location close by Dehiwala Pizz Hut. That is an incorrect location. So don't use that for guidance. Contact Duty Free for exact location at Moratuwa.
OMG totally stupid owner. No idea about customer service. She will be so nice till we actually buy the item and then she shows her rude side to us.. never will go to this place again.
