I think the ATM is not placed in the right place where customers csn easily come and withdraw money. So it has to be moved to a place where any one can find and take the facility. If the ATM is located near to university it would be easy to everyone. The next ATM will be at katubedda, so it is difficult to go there when in a emergency situations.
