We ABSOLUTELY love you guys! CSB’s make you feel like family the second you pull into their location! We unfortunately purchased our Mastercraft from another dealer in Charlotte, but found CSB a few months after and feel in love with them! The staff goes over and beyond to help and are ALWAYS available! They are honest, kind, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable weather you are purchasing a life jacket or a Boat!! Speaking from experience- Don’t buy and boat (or a life jacket) until you meet the fun crew at Charlotte Ski Boats!

CSB is fantastic! Super fast service on an engine warranty issue that my local MC dealer couldn't handle. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the service department cleaned my boat very well after working on it. Highly recommended and worth the 200 mile drive for me!
